The Best Of The ABC Years 1072-1977

Despite the description quoting 1072-1977 (I don't think the Tops were about just after the battle of Hastings) this is an excellent compilation of their work in the post Motown era, and clearly shows that they had lost none of their musicality even given the change of repertoire. It clearly demonstrates what versatility they had and I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who likes their earlier output. You won't be disappointed.

Celebrating 905 glorious years in music. This cd covers all their greatest hits from the reformation through two world wars. Many songs remastered from the original Latin, my particular favourite is keeper of the castle a tribute to Henry the eighth.
