Works great and is easy to use. Better to just dock the controller and never have to change batteries out again with disposables. If the battery dies simply just switch it out with the second controllers battery. Holds a charge for a pretty long time to as well as charges up quickly.

I am so glad I got this charger! The batteries are a tight fit, so sometimes it's hard to get in/out but once it's it you are golden.

My kids are on the game so much that it totally necessary to have this awesome charger.

I bought this thing back in June 2021, Jan 2023 and its still working just fine! To be fair, I stopped using my xbox as much but never the less it still works and it still has gone through over 100+ charges. Great Product 10/10.

Had an issue with a battery that was DOA, contacted the seller who was great and immediately sent a replacement. The replacement they sent however had battery contacts that were smaller than the ones that came with the original purchase. This caused them not to contact the pins on the charging dock regardless of how they were placed on it.I appreciate the seller working to correct the issue however the difference in the replacement sent and the original ordered now has me connecting the controllers I have with the replacement packs to a charging cord to charge and my single docked controller being the only one that can charge without being plugged in.The product itself is great and works without issues, the battery connectors on the replacements are the issue for me.
