I had my gallbladder removed and this product was recommended to me by a physician for recovery and possibly the life-long management of side effects. This product was a game changer for my symptoms and completely cleared up some of the issues I was having I thought wouldn’t be possible. Highly recommend taking this product with every meal and snack and follow a low fat diet daily as my doctor recommends for me too! These things have really helped me and I hope it can help someone else too.

Supposed to help with digesting proteins. Not even sure how to gauge whether it works or not, but still taking it. No side affects is good.

I was having some very weird tummy/stool issues from one extreme to another. Different colors, different consistency, floating and fatty (I know, sorry tmi). The pain meds I take cause constant constipation, but now I am going atleast once a day. The colors are still off, but seem to be getting a bit more stable after 2 weeks. I have no pain, and no other symptoms so I am trying to stay as far away from the doctors as I can. Well, I am doctorphobic anyhow. Who wants to pay for and go through months of testing to be told they don’t know, or you’re dying? Not me! I did some research and have narrowed it down to the one thing it could be. This supplement along with another 2 different ones equal a diluted version of what the doc would prescribe with can cost over $1000 with my good insurance. So why not? For now I seem to be improving little by little. These are cheap, easy to swallow and have no taste. No complaints and will reorder unless I start having issues or get worse.

I just started on this but having a bm w/o pain or stress is nothing short of a miracle. I’m starting off slow integrating more foods :Quality organic goat Cheese, raw greens, sweet potatoes, cooked zucchini, mushrooms but if this keeps up I may be daring enough to try my chances at citrus. God knows I could use Vit c and lemon juice if my colon would allow.I come from a long long Hx of colon issues and was on my way to getting a colonoscopy to confirm the worst but was way to sick at the time to follow through. I’m happy to say, I don’t need one now and pancreatin and ox bile may be what I owe it to. WillContinue to buy though I wished they wouldsell larger quantities. This little bottle at 4 caps a day only lasts 15 days. I don’t mind the cost considering all the suffering I’d have w/o. Would just be better to have the option of 1 month supply.

A couple of years ago, a naturopath recommended that I take Ox Bile as my gallbladder was removed many years ago. The pills she stocked were a high dose, which after researching...I felt I could get by with a smaller dose that included pancreatin with each meal. After doing so for about a week, I honestly feel that my digestion and energy have improved. All things considered I wasn't suffering debilitating symptoms, but as I age I noticed that I seemed to develop more food allergies and decreased ability to use my food efficiently as fuel especially on days when I exercise. About 20-30 percent of my diet comes from high quality fats, I don't eat many grains, and I limit red meats, alcohol, and sugar.
