It was identical to the one I was using in the therapy center. It arrived in two days, packaged well and was simple to put together. It’s perfect! Works exactly like the more expensive one in the therapeutic area. Great price too compared to the pulleys the medical device store…they wanted over a $100.!! So yes, very happy with this one.
