I Will Update From Time to Time
I will update continuously as I use the product.First, the shipping was fast. Ordered on July 23 and I had it by the 25th. I have a Prime account though so they have to deliver it in 2 days just as long as you order before Friday or sometimes even Thursday.Things I learned:* Be careful and don't get too excited and leave it on longer than you should. You could get burned if you're not careful.* Put on lots of sunscreen and wait 15-30 minutes before going out because if you don't, your skin will darken.* Have patience and try not to stare so much at the mirror while you're waiting.* Keep your skin moisturized. The sesame seed oil I used made my dry, flaking, peeling skin not noticeable. There's other oils out there than you can use.* Read the instructions.* Don't expect a miracle. If it happens to you, Congrats!Week 1: I did a test spot. Left it for a minute. I was too scared. Nothing happened withing 24 hours so I went for it. I read the instructions and used a cotton ball to wipe the oil off my face with alcohol. That stung a lot... I then used a Q-tip and dropped a small drop of lactic acid on it and painted my face with it. I didn't have a fan brush. I still don't. I left it on for 1 minute and then washed it off with lots of cold water. I splashed water on my face for like a minute. I was scared that if I didn't get it all off my face would melt off. Haha. I looked in the mirror and saw nothing. I'm doing this for hyperpigmentation around my face. Oh well. Didn't expect any miracle on the first time. I used a cotton ball and dabbed my face with sesame seed oil. It's the only one I have besides vegetable oil. My face was feeling itchy right after and even a couple of hours. I rewashed my face with some cool water for a longer time and then put on the oil again. I felt much better. This was my first time so my face was probably sensitive. I should have taken that as a warning sign.Week 2: After 7 days. Did another test spot the day before. No bad reaction. This time I put on the product for 1 minute, washed it off and did a second application. Oh the second application was a mistake. I put it on for 2 minutes and then parts of my face started stinging. So I quickly washed it off. While I was washing it off, I saw little white blister like things bubbling. Ewww! So I guessed I burned small parts of my face. Within the next few days, those small burned sections turned a dark color, started scabbing and flaking and the rest of my face was flaking and peeling too. Small amounts of peeling going on. Then on the 5th to 6th day, most of the peel and flakiness came off. I was using sesame seed oil and dabbing that on my face every hour for all those days. I noticed that it took away a very very small amount of hyperpigmentation, but nothing major. Week 2 was a learning experience to be careful and not overdo it. I was too excited and got careless.Week 3: After 7 days. Did a test spot the day before first. No bad reaction. I was still afraid from what happened in Week 2 and so I only left it on for a quick minute. Only very slight stinging. This time I used water with baking soda mixed into it as a neutralizer. I soaked a cotton ball of the mixture and wiped it on my face. It started reacting to the acid and making bubbling and hissing noises. Got really nervous with that especially when I started feeling it stinging a little on my face. I guess I was nervous my face was going to get burned again, but it didn't this time. I washed my face with cold water for a few minutes and stared at myself in the mirror. No noticeable changes. Sigh. Well, it's not over yet. Gotta keep going. I wasn't careful with my face all these long years so I shouldn't expect it to be awesome that quickly. I put on some oil. I've noticed small amounts of flaking in the days after. Today is the 6th day of week 3 and I've noticed a few dark areas were lighter. Slightly lighter. I think I'm going to try to focus on the darker sections of my skin first to make it more even before I do my whole face.Week 4: Going to wait 10 days rather than the 7 days to give my skin time to heal. Will update once week 4 has happened.Good luck to everyone!....Many weeks later...I ended up not doing a week 4. Got a bit busy with life and I thought why not take a break. While my skin was healing, there was a noticeable improvement of my hyperpigmentation. I noticed there was less of it. I would say that there was a 50% reduction, which is a great deal for me. I never thought it would actually work especially after only 3 weeks of doing the treatment. So now I'm restarting the treatment again.Week 1: I did not do a test spot or wipe my skin with alcohol. However I did wash my face to reduce the oils before I applied the chemical. I started feeling it after 30 seconds. I neutralized it immediately using baking soda and water. It reacted to the acid and was making some sizzling noise. My face did not itch or become red afterwards. I just put some oil to moisturize it. I decided to do small mini peels rather than take the chance of burning my face.

Great product, but use wisely
I have had chemical peels at spas and it doesn't come close to the results that this product does. It does leave my skin soft afterwards. I recommend using it once, nor more than twice a week as you want to allow new skin cells to generate. It is so simple to use, but it's very important to be careful on how you prep your skin and how long you leave it on. I don't have sensitive skin normally, but there have been some times where I have left the peel on too long, or have exfoliated too hard prior to application, and caused my face to have red blotches and eventually course skin a few days later due to tiny scabs from the burning of the skin. It scrubs off a few days after that, but if you do it right, you won't get those results. Out of the several times I have used this, this only happened a couple times and it was simply due to leaving it on too long or extensive exfoliation prior to application. I personally like to do this on a Friday night so that I don't apply any makeup the following day to give my skin some rest.Since I am not an esthetician, I googled "how to" videos on applying it correctly and here's what's worked for me:1. Lightly scrub face with a course washcloth prior to application so that it loosens dead skin cells. DO NOT use apricot scrubs or course scrubs as this will leave tiny "cuts" in the skin which makes the peel burn those parts.2. Wipe the face with alcohol to free it of any oils and germs.3. Apply Vaseline around the eyes, creases in the nose, and around lips, so that the peel does not get on those areas. Those are sensitive areas that can lead to burning/peeling of skin afterwards.4. Drop one full pipette of the peel into a glass dish/bowl and with a fan brush (recommended) apply the peel all over the skin, starting with the forehead and working your way down. Carefully avoid eyes, nose creases, and lips, or any open skin such as acne areas or cuts.5. Leave on for about 2 - 3 minutes. It will burn/sting for about the first minute, then nothing, but that doesn't mean it's not still working. Leaving it on too long can result in the face looking sunburned.6. Wash off with tepid water and apply, if desired, with light oil free lotion.
