LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Citrus Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

I really like the LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mixes! I especially like the Grapefruit Salt, however there are many flavors to choose from. If you haven’t tried LMNT electrolyte drink mixes before, I’ll tell you that they are salty, but I actually like the taste. I primarily drink these while working out which helps me feel hydrated better than just plain water. Positives: Effective , Quality, Taste and Hydration! One downside is that it doesn’t completely dissolve quickly, but it will dissolve soon enough.

Could not live without these during my second pregnancy! Easy to travel with and take to work (I’m a nurse). Dissolves easily and can be tasteless if you mix it in with some juice. Depending on your hydration status you will taste the salts. I love that there’s ZERO sugar and ZERO fake sugars. Purely minerals. Can’t recommend it enough! I’ve noticed if my legs are cramping I can drink a packet and my muscles relax!

No flavor and no calories. Take this if you are doing a fast over 18 hours. Trust me. Yeah it's more expensive but its convenient ans does the job. Also great for migraines as long as you drink water

The Mango Chili flavor of LMNT is hands down my favorite—it seriously tastes like Mexican candy, which makes staying hydrated so much more fun. The flavor is bold and delicious, with just the right balance of sweet, salty, and a little kick.I’ve found that mixing one packet with 40 oz of water is the perfect ratio—not too strong, but still super flavorful and hydrating. It gives that satisfying, quenched feeling without being overpowering. I actually look forward to drinking this every day!Highly recommend if you’re looking for something exciting and effective to support your hydration.

Very salty. You have to adjust how much water you mix with it. It works very well. And the flavor is great. They do say on the package about satyness and you may have to adjust the water to your preferences.

I absolutely love these electrolytes! The flavor is good but not completely overpowering. It makes it easy drinking my water and electrolytes. I get these on subscribe and save and never have any issues getting my electrolytes. The quality is amazing and definitely worth the price.
