I ordered this product to help me with joint pains and it was delivered within few days. I have heard that supplements have very good health benefits over time. I have been using this glucosamine tablets and feel much better. It is also easy to swallow and good value for money.

There's phosphate calcium in it which is basically cementum. Not good for kidneys especially when you have it for a long time as you should use this supplement.Also there are no 60 nos in a container.But medicine itself is effective.

Not sure about the efficiency yet. But if you look at the tablets some are broken and painted on top am not even sure if it's safe. Will update soon after usage.
