I took this perfect pink balloon to Party City to have it blown up. It cost me $8 to fill that thing up.. I walked out super happy and before I even got to the car it popped. I've never had a foil balloon pop. I was so disappointed. Luckily a party city employee saw the whole thing and my sad face. He gave me another #4 balloon for free (well not really by how much it cost me to fill up this one). It was the wrong shade of pink but I had a balloon for my daughter to wake up to the next morning.

Bought two numbers (2 & 8) for a birthday party. On the day of the party I open up both to find that one straw was broken and cracked so bad it was unusable and the other didn't have a straw at all. I tried to improvise because I didn't have much time till guests arrived and use a regular metal straw but the balloons wouldn't close properly because the seal was broken. I taped over the hole and managed to keep air in for about an hour but I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. They did not include all of the products and the one they did it was broken.
