To avoid purchases missing, I purchased a parcel box. But needed something to make sure it was very secure and not easily cut or broken into. Came across this master lock made for outdoor weathering. It's a secure, weighted lock, with a thick shank, and keys (not combination lock). Since it's for the box, I decided on the black lock so it blends in more. But I also spotted the pink one so had to get that as well for my work items when going to the office. Thus far it has held up well, no issues with being able to easily use the key to open the shank and get into the box. It was a good purchase for my purposes. I can recommend this item.

Great basic locks with some heft to them, been using them for years indoors. I don't think they would hold up too well in the weather outside though. I currently use them to lock some field ammo cases.

Lock seems secure and durable being used outside.

It's really hard to tell when you buy these this lock is pretty small not the strongest in the world but will keep most people out I guess

We use these as outdoor gate locks: if someone wants to get past them it's not really going to stop them. That being said, it keeps the gates closed. The wind won't blow them open. And a semi-honest person or an opportunist will skip our backyard because of these locks.They aren't very hard to break. Two wrenches together provide enough pressure to break the weak part of the shackle with moderate effort. I had one freeze up on me and that's exactly how I broke it to get it off. They're also nearly as easy to pick if that's something you want to worry about.If you're looking for the highest level of security, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a set of simple locks keyed to match then you're in the right place.
