I just love having these big scissors. I don't know what I'll use them for but it's great knowing they are there! I've been told they'll cut card board and carpet with ease but haven't tried it yet. They feel like a weapon they are so heavy and sturdy.

I bought these the first time because I wanted pretty scissors that worked well, and I was not disappointed! They are sturdy, well made, and cut through stuff easily. Plus, they are really pretty, and look expensive. They're the perfect scissors to put in a crock (along with my kitchen sheers) on my work island, to be handy for when something needs to be cut. I bought a second pair to hang a pretty peg in my newly renovated laundry room- so convienent to have them so readily available to use, and so handy in what they can cut! I'm buying a third pair for my office and a 4th for my closet. I love having scissors handy around the house, looking pretty, and ready for me to use, without having to go to another room to fetch them. This price and quality can't be beat!

The 12" ones have a dipped rubber like handle that slides on the table nicely .We would absolutely buy these again and have.3 stars for: 10" Multicolor scissors in the middle cut okay, but tip doesn't cut very well at all.2 stars : And 8" Gold handled scissors totally different grade the handle will catch instead of letting you clip to the end. Will not purchase 10" or 8" again. But we love the 12" for our Upholstery shop work. These are priced very well I got the 12" 2 months ago the others came in the mail today. With another pair of the 12".

Those are great scissors. I used the for my boat carpet and they cut 20 oz carpet super clean, even the very tip will snip of fine fibers. I bought the 12”. Perfect size great value, I recommend them.

Strong and great smooth cutting blade. Took awhile to find in on Amazon but once I used it. It was all well good to go for use in my future sewing projects. It would be even better if the company made and designed them for left handed users such as myself. It is very hard to find anything out there designed for left handed people.
