I love this thing. It puts the pressure where I need it.

My back and neck look like nine miles of bad road. I have a sports medicine doctor who can't believe how well I take care of my back with no physical therapy. I have scoliosis and osteoporosis. With a couple of exercise balls and foam rollers, I have great posture. I am 74 years old.

An ER doctor recommended this for my guy, immediate results and he's so happy with it. Excellent quality item as well.

This came up when I searched "Ma roller”.....it is NOT that brand. It is nicely made with good materials but it may measure a little bit differently. I think the bumps may be a tiny bit further apart. For me it seems slightly less effective...it also seems s bit smaller than the brand I searched for. If you have no expectationsI think you will be a happy customer. watch your search results. Amazon may have a bot keywording search results..andthat can be useful if you are forewarned. I did not scrutinize the search results before ordering, My slight dissapointment may not be any reflection on the vendor. It is well made and generally fairly advertized..just my lazy reading of search results caused my only issuein this instance. I don’t have a large frame. 5’4” female.

This thing was recommended by the “Midwestern Doctor”. I have had other rolling back devices so was skeptical. they never did much. My husband had chronic lower back problems , so I took a chance on having another device that might not work and turn into clutter in our home. Wow !! Am I glad I did..First of all, the thing really works!! It works way better than the chiropractor..(no more copays)..paid for this thing, many times over! the other thing is , the solid wood is beautiful !! Nice enough to be left out for all to see and not become forgotten. No more moaning about back pain. It also helped my shoulder neck problems.🙂

I bought this roller hoping it would be able to target my upper back and neck. The build quality of the roller feels great. It is a solid wood material and the rubber ends was a good thought to keep it from sliding on the ground. However, the polished finish was much too smooth and it didn't have enough traction to dig into my back. Instead, I feel like my back would just slip up and down off of it without any force really being applied to my muscles themselves. I had high hopes for this product, but it was overall letdown for the intended purpose.

AMAZING ITEM. Suffered thru multiple chiropractors. Some good, some not so good, always on the multi year plan. Their therapy results would last until I left their office...... Felt good there, but....I am a 70 year old man with a physical job, taking EAA aminos that improve physically and brain health.Beta-Alanine and EAA's do work!After performing the roller exercise my back was straight for an extended time during the day. Working bent over during work and usually having a "hunch", that was gone! Now after visiting my last Chiro appointment, well, last time I'll be there. The Dr. get's into this "usual therapy" repetitive adjustment.This back roller will take a couple of weeks to really improve the spine to stand straight, it works !!You will be exited after a couple of sessions, but every other day will offer the best results.SP
