Excellent tool
I'd been looking at getting a bucksaw and I'm happy I got this one. Every company out there makes them a little different and this one is no different. I like the handles, cute great. I've already used it to cut up some downed trees for fire wood. I don't live somewhere where bushcraft is native but I go out with scouts backpacking, etc and it will come in handy for some of the longer trips. The windlass is pretty thick. I will probably shave that down a little bit. On another version from a different company, there were two little leather tabs to hold the windlass when it was broken down. I'd prefer that instead of winding the string or letting it all float loose.Overall, great bucksaw, build quality is excellent, works great and I'm looking forward to continuing to use this for many years to come.

Good value, decent quality, good customer service.
Reasonably happy with this saw for quality and price. Design is nice compared to others with the contoured grip it’s very comfortable to use. I bought the walnut version, which is nice, but be aware, they use glued up 1 inch strips, which most people wouldn’t probably notice and most likely won’t be an issue strength-wise (unless it gets wet for a prolonged period?). Barely noticeable aesthetically, but just know, they’re not all just solid, single pieces. Also, be careful not to tighten down the screws holding the blade too much as this will make it bind and possibly break the frame. Almost feel like it needs a thin washer to span the gap where the blade fits into the frame. Will be trying that. My saw arrived with a defect in the cross member that I felt could compromise the long term durability and after sending in pictures, the seller agreed and sent me a replacement. High marks from me for that.
