Great lime flavor
I like the large package, the flavor and smell. It is wonderful to add to dishes for that lime/ citrus flavor. This package had lasted a long time!!

The reason I liked this is because lime peel isn't as popular as lemon or orange so I was glad I was able to find it and not have to buy 100 times more than I needed. Fresh and just the right size.

Difficult to soften/ hydrate for recipes but good flavor

Too expensive for the quantity
Too expensive for the quantity of product. The peels are sooo small. I bought to use in a steam therapy. I cld ONLY get 2 therapies out of this bag. Its was not a good buy for me during this pandemic. Just because it was not a fit for me doesn't mean its not right for the next. Do your research. Good luck

Way too much pith. Taste more bitter than lime.
If you want this as bitters, it may work. If you want this for lime flavor, it is way too bitter. I won't buy it again.

Perfect for my salt recipe
Ordered this to make Chili-Lime Sea Salt and it worked perfectly with the recipe. Made the sea salt taste great!
