Highly recommended as sugar substitute
Itβs good for your diet, even more expensive than the sugar later replacement is a need, even when itβs a substitute for baking, needs a bit more quantity when used as receipt sugar replacement. Cookies tasted good with Monk fruit sugar substitute, also we used regularly for our coffee, and in other meal prep. Highly recommended as sugar substitute. More demand will lead to a lower price eventually.

This Monk Fruit Sweetener really tastes like brown sugar.
I liked the texture and smell and taste. I made a gingerbread loaf and used this. I didn't have any molasses which the recipe called for; but it still tasted like gingerbread. This tends to clump up, similar to brown sugar. It wasn't difficult to break up the clumps and mixing into the batter was easy. Other than I put too much spice in it it turned out very well. It had the taste of brown sugar without the sugar. I was pleased with it. It's worth the price to get the taste without the blood sugar spikes. I enjoyed the flavor and the ease of mixing. I would definitely recommend this brand. I prefer monk fruit blends. I was glad to find this.

Terrible product, mostly erythritol instead of monk fruit and leaves an aftertaste.
This product was mostly erythritol with very little monk fruit. Erythritol is the first ingredient on the package meaning it is the most prevalent ingredient. The mixture was not nearly as sweet as pure monk fruit and leaves a bit of an aftertaste. I will not buy this product again, was a waste of money.
