Big container
We have not tried this butter powder out yet, but I wanted to comment on the container size. It is quite large for the cost of the product. We will keep ours unopened to use for emergencies when regular butter cannot be used. We live in a hurricane prone area, so refrigeration can go out during those times. Having this powder butter will be greatly appreciated in that type of situation. I am sure it tastes great, as the powder looks like it would make some perfectly yellow spreadable butter. I highly recommend!

Hoosier makes a great product. It's a little more expensive than some others on the market, but in my opinion worth the money. I'm using it as an add-in to some cookies to boost the butter flavor.
