I'm not sure what people expect and maybe all these negative reviews are coming from people who aren't actually reading the news nowadays. I ordered these masks and it was clear to me when I ordered them that it would take a month for them arrive. I was not surprised by that considering there is a worldwide shortage and that these were coming from China. I'm also not sure why everyone is complaining about them coming from China. If anyone knows how to make a mask it's the Chinese! For God's sake with all the viruses they've been through they are the experts in this field. Since there aren't any masks available in America I don't have a problem getting these from another country. Folks complaining that they aren't American-made clearly haven't been keeping up on the current situation in America. Plus I haven't found any any cheaper anywhere in the US so I think charges of price gouging are unfair . It's called supply and demand, and it's known as capitalism. Anyway I have no idea if they are the same quality as a regular surgical mask but I have no complaints in the delivery time, the manufacturer or the seller because I had reasonable expectations when I ordered. I guess maybe a doctor or an RN could speak to whether they are the same quality as a normal surgical mask. I do know they're not supposed to fit snug to the face, and I'm pretty sure you are supposed to be able to breathe through them so I really am not understanding all these negative reviews. I don't know that I have a lot add since I'm not an expert on surgical masks but I felt like I had to defend the seller after reading all of these attack reviews! I'm sure they're doing the best they can under a really difficult situation and thank God I was able to get masks of some kind even if they aren't perfect! My ninety-year-old mother lives with us and so I am eternally grateful that I was able to find and receive these. You don't need to be in a hurry for delivery because coronavirus isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Plan ahead and order them for later.

I am not sure why there are negative reviews on this mask. I was worried after reading the reviews saying how thin they are, but I needed masks so I took a chance. I really thought I was going to get something no better than a square of bathroom tissue with thread attached to it, but these are GREAT! I bought the pack of 50 for me and my children and so I have some to stash in the car just in case I run out of the house and forget my mask. They seem to be of good quality. They are not thin at all. I had to slip mine off of my face a couple of times b/c the material was making me sweat a bit. I’ve only worn it once, but the side elastics seem to be attached pretty well. In the last pic you can see that I stretched the elastic quite a bit and it is fine. You can see in the 2nd pic that it also has the flexible metal nose strip so you can fit the mask to your face. I’m not sure why others had issues, but these are great.

To everyone discounting “negative” reviews, let me start this by saying I am grateful for any mask and I did know this were from China and chose to purchase anyway to have something. At that time, we couldn’t get masks anywhere and I’m grateful to have something.My honest review is that these are mediocre protection. I will say I have been blessed with use of the hospital grade disposable masks that look similar to these (but yellow) and I’ve admittedly grown comfortable with those. These masks differ from those in the material and fit. The inside of the mask is more scratchy, not unwearable but not as soft. They feel thicker, which could be wonderful for protection. (Not sure better than medical grade masks though. I suspect that’s doubtful.) I have a small face and it fits below chin to nose and it’s just a touch smaller on cheeks but not of concern. The major issue I have with these is the nosepiece is not at all moldable enough to fit the top of the mask to my face. It free floats on my nose and when I talk it causes the mask to move a lot. There is too big of a gap at the top when it doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t allow my child to wear this. I plan to use a cloth mask on top if I need to use these for the pandemic to reduce that gap, but that will also make it harder to breathe through if you have asthma or other breathing conditions. I’ll probably use these for projects that require protection from allergens and buy better masks for COVID-19. These don’t make me feel comfortable that they are safe.But I’m grateful to the people that made, shipped, and had these available for purchase.

Overall served their purpose, we bought them back when we couldnt find any and my husband had covid. (We reordered several times and gifted 2 boxes as well) price was set at a way more reasonable price compared to othera who were price gouching! They were delivered way earlier than expected every time, came in a clear bag perfectly packaged box. I really can't complain they were what we needed at the time, and what was accessible. The material was not itchy, did not have a bad smell like other masks we have gotten, and had pretty good coverage. The ear bands were just right and didnt pull too much on our ears and the nose band fit well!
