Works well, easy use, sealed very nicely
Works as described on blacktop driveway. I used proper rod backing where appropriate and highly recommend it. Applied in proper weather pattern, used small putty knife to evenly spread. allowed it to fully cure before returning vehicles to driveway. I bought a case, used a bit over half as expected. Cost about same as buying singles and didn't have to worry about running short. Had heavy, week-long rains since application. Looks good, sealed good, no damages. If problems arise this fall, I will update this review. However, I suspect the patches will hold well as multiple reliable professional review sources indicate they should. I

Needs to be warm when using, so it gets down in the crack.
So fat it’s a great product . Time will tell.

Smooth Application and Easy Cleanup
Order arrived on time and in very good condition. With weather being clear for the next two days and temps in the mid-70's, I decided to do the job today. The area is a line of crumbling asphalt next to a concrete paver walkway. After brushing and vacuuming out loose asphalt, I began using this Crack filler. The material flowed smoothly, with good consistency, and was easy to trowel with a wide putty knife.Clean up was as advertised, very easy with soap and water. Hope it sets quickly and lasts longer than the last one I used about 3 years ago.

Works fine
Filled a few cracks in my driveway - works fine, easy to use. The tube doesn't go too far though - I'd buy extra if you have a decent sized crack to fill.

Blends well
We used this when we had to install a drive way gate. Forgetting we needed to cut through the blacktop to run the wire for the gate motors. We needed something to fill in the gap. Took a chance with this stuff and it’s all we use now. Holds in place and blends well. You can barely notice it. Nice product. Worth the money and recommend this filler.

Works well (update - cracked in my cold climate).
This Red Devil crack repair caulk worked well for me (but see update below). The caulk was warm from being in the house. I applied it when it was sunny and the temperature was in the upper fifties. It came out at a medium consistency, thin enough to ooze into cracks but thick enough to create a bead over the crack that you smooth down with a narrow putty knife. I was fine with smoothing it down where it spread to about one inch wide lines over the cracks. You do see the lines on my driveway as the black of the caulk is a different shade than the black of my driveway which I did not seal this year. But I'm fine with this. The upcoming Chicago area winter will be the real test for this caulk. Next Spring, I'll see if I need any crack touch-ups before I get my driveway sealed.Update 11/15/2018 - I had high hopes for this crack sealer but this morning I noticed that the caulk itself is now cracked the full length of where I applied it. In other words, all the cracks that I sealed have reappeared but the cracks are narrower than the original cracks that I sealed. The high temperature in the Chicago area has been in the thirties the past couple of weeks with the low dipping into the twenties. I am disappointed that this Red Devil crack repair caulk isn't more flexible to handle changing temperatures without cracking. I changed my star rating from five (for ease of application as I originally described) to three stars. I didn't want to rate it lower because maybe this crack sealer works better in warmer climates.

Seems to never harden (thats' good!)
Me: Typical DYI homeownerLocation: Northern CaliforniaProblem: The 30 foot crack between the street asphalt and the concrete curbing in front of my drivewaySolution: purchased 9 tubes (4 the first (in order to determine just how much I actually needed.5 more after that (actually only used 4 (Its best to have a little too much rather than not quiteenough. Ask me how I know.)Results: Very happy. Only 'sorta hardens'. Translation? Probably wont crack or peel away.Coverage: Tube indicates ' "55" ft for a 3/16 opening. Which is kinda dumb since it does not reference depth. In my case, before application I power washed the entire opening, then sorta blasted the opening down to a depth of about 3/4-1". Since vehicles will be traveling over it I kept the elevation below the surface a little. While, at the time of this comment, it is only a few weeks old but looks good.See the attached before/after images.
