I purchased this product in 2022 and had some doubts. But over the past two years, I absolutely loved the quality and had no regrets buying it. I had thick and long hair and have hard time getting strong straighteners/curling irons. The heats controls and smoothness of this product is commendable. It is easy to pack and has enough cord length.Honestly, the lock mechanism was a bit annoying though I liked that it can be closed. After almost 2 years, it broke on me and I asked for customer service. They had very fast customer service and sent me a replacement as quick as they can (actually within 2 days). They just needed me to send a quick video of malfunction which is understandable. I proposed to send it back but they trusted me.Hope this business gets a lot recognition and continues to satisfy their customers. I express extreme satisfaction with their services and their products. :)

I have used so many hair straighteners and paid a lot of money in the past for them. This works better than ALL of them combined. The shape of the straightener is a little bit curved so I can easily add curls and waves in literally ONE attempt. My other straighteners are flat on the plastic part so it takes a lot more effort to make a curl. This has a curved outside so it makes beautiful curls. I always put loose waves in my hair with my straightener and I'm so pleased that it left my hair soft and shiny. It heats up so fast I didn't even realize it was ready to go in 10 sec! I love the carrying and organizer pouch.I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and was very concerned this would be a bad flat iron, but I can confirm the reviews! This is a great buy! I know my three sisters are going to go nuts over it once they see how amazing my hair looks!!! hahaha!In comparison to other irons, this also has a higher temperature range so it gets hot enough temperature for coarse/thick hair like mine. I tried it at 410 and it worked perfectly, and it didn't feel like it was burning my hair at all. My hair was also cool to the touch which is unusual for a flat iron. This was worth the investment and I'm so excited to get my hair looking great every day now. I bought this because my last flat iron that I paid $100 bit the dust when I dropped it by accident. It didn't work that great anyway honestly and I really had to work at it... I'm very happy to have paid less for an even better, safer and more efficient product. This one glides so easily through my hair without snagging at all.I didn't realize there was a gold color and got the champagne gold. But I like the champagne too. The locking feature is nice for when it's cooling down and I put it right back in the case for storage. :-)

I’ve been using this brand for over 5 years. I recently had an issue and contacted customer service and they responded immediately and took care of the issue promptly. The customer service from Rain was impeccable. She was very thorough and she responded quickly to each of my emails.The hair straightener itself is a great product. I love that it comes with a case for traveling. The heat mit and clips are very useful. The straightener is light weight and heats up quickly. It leaves my hair shiny and works quickly. I don’t have to keep going over the same spots multiple times like other brands.

I have been using hair straighteners to curl my hair for over a decade now and I never had an issue. This one is tricky to get all your curls the same. I think the issue is your hair slides off it so easily, which isn’t necessarily a con, I prefer my hair to slide instead of get stuck.It straightens hair very fast and my hair looks sleek and shiny. There is so smell, I use it at 375 for my fine silky hair. (I have a lot of hair).Lightweight and pretty too. Feels like a luxurious brand.

I ordered this along with the Notion blow dryer and have absolutely LOVED them both, HOWEVER... it's not even been 9 months yet and my straightening iron is messing up. It's like it is getting TOO hot, like even hotter than 450 degrees I think even when I have it set much lower to 300-350. It is burning my hair REALLY REALLY bad. My bangs are so singed that I had to cut them off days before my wedding! 😭 I am sure it is some sort of defect/malfunction and I understand these things DO happen I am just hoping that the seller makes this right because it really has been a VERY good straightener up until now. I just expect something like this to last at LEAST a year or two. Thanks.So I don't write many reviews but I depend on them especially when making online purchases and I'm so impressed with this iron that I have to write one. I have had many high dollar irons. Always thought the more expensive the better right? WRONG! I can not say enough good things about this iron. It heats up from 0 to 450 in literally less than 10 seconds which is great but what really counts is how well it works! One pass! ONE pass and my hair is like silk! I have very coarse and dry hair naturally. Add to that the fact that it is damaged from years of bleaching. It's a mess. Coarse and frizzy like cotton! My last iron was more than $200 and it didn't leave my hair NEARLY this smooth and silky! My hair even feels like it's getting healthier since using this iron the past week. I've been telling ALL my friends and family about it! I'm posting a picture of how my hair looks before straightening, then after straightening just one small section with ONLY on pass with the iron and then what my hair looks like completely straightened. Mind you I didn't even take my time. I did it very quickly. Buy this straightener! I can assure you that you will be impressed with it. I can't wait to give my daughter one for her bday!!!
