Tasty low carb staple and must try
These tortillas are an absolute staple in my diet and have helped me immensely with reaching my weight loss goals over the years! Since they are so low carb, I can indulge in more without feeling like I'm abandoning my health priorities. They also taste great, which we all know is a must when trying to make healthier food swaps. The tortillas are filling but not *heavy* in the way that many flour, or even corn alternatives are. They thaw out super fast if you're in a pinch (overnight in the fridge or an hour or so if left on the kitchen counter).TIP: the texture can be pretty dry straight from the package, so I always warm them up in a pan for 30-60 seconds on medium-low heat with a generous spray of avocado oil on each side to coat. They come out with the perfect malleable, yet crispy texture every time. Can't recommend these enough!

I Love These
They're a little more expensive and harder to find, but I'm prediabetic and I can't have the mass market, highly processed corn tortillas. These ROCK! Low carbs and they taste great. I like them better than the usual corn tortilla. They're really good fried for tostadas. But like a corn tortilla, they're not too pliable. I use them for sandwich wraps by putting my meat and/or cheese in, then heat them for 15 seconds so they're easier to wrap. Depending on what I'm having as a filling, I use these or romaine hearts as my go-to sandwich wraps. They shipped in a six-pack with ice packs around them and they were perfect when we got them. I HIGHLY recommend! And don't be put off by them being a 3rd party vendor. These people do a fantastic job.

Great substitute for Corn tortillas
These taste good enough, don't really have much taste, so that's good. Texture is very similar to corn tortillas. I use them for nachos, enchiladas, tostadas, or make a few chips. This is the closest thing there is to corn tortillas. Just toast them in your oven or counter toaster over. Do not over cook, they get really hard. Take them out before you think they are ready, they will get harder as the cool. They are fresh. Put them in your freezer right away and just use them as needed, no real need to thaw them out. They will mold quick if you leave them on your counter or just in the fridge. They are pretty expensive, but the thing is on the low carb diet you shouldn't be eating these regularly, just occasionally.

Not Worth The Money
I saw this product on Shark Tank and thought I'd give them a try. These taste like cardboard and fall apart when you try to used them.

Even the shipping was amazing
Could not ask for anything better. These things make Keto a breeze. Made some enchilada with them, and they were absolutely amazing. Moreover, they were shipped in a refrigerated box, and packed in a way that showed this company actually cares about service. These are about to become a VERY regular addition to my pantry. Ordered the 60-pack, and am going to continue ordering. Seller actually cares about their customers.

Good substitute, but not great
UPDATE: In addition to the negatives I mentioned below, these tortillas went bad super quickly and I didn't even get to use 2 of the 3 packs I bought. They got moldy within 2 weeks and I had to throw them out. Very disappointing. These are a good substitute tortilla if you like corn tortillas but want to cut back on your carb intake. However, they are not structurally sound... I ruined two of them right out of the bag by trying to follow their instructions on heating/softening them up. They immediately stuck to my pan and I had to scrape them into the trash, which sucks because they're pretty pricey. I tried using them for enchiladas and the tortillas got hard and chewy...They work well for your basic "Street taco"-style tacos, but that's about it. Going to go back to my usual brand once I finish these packs.

Decent but not great
I have mixed feelings about this product. First I feel they are fairly expensive. While I understand that small business food production can be costly I still don’t know if the final product is worth the cost for the consumer. For me, the tortilla alone did not taste great. I was able to use it in a southwest casserole recipe which usually requires shredded corn tortillas layered with the other ingredients. When used sparingly it tasted just fine and was an excellent, and probably the only decent substitute, for corn tortillas in this recipe. In addition to not being thrilled with the flavor when my mom was shredding the tortillas she got a small cactus needle in her finger. Well I’m sure this is not probably a common thing with their cactus products, and likely wouldn’t have happened if my mom wasn’t shredding them, it was still a bit surprising. Overall though I will probably buy again for the specific recipe but probably not frequently.

THE BEST
You have to handle them more carefully than other kinds of tortillas if your going to warm, fry, or soak in something like enchilada sauce BUT they have a fantastic flavor and texture that we prefer over all tortillas. Not to mention, they have very clean ingredients. My only complaint is that the packaging it comes in is very wasteful and they don’t bundle multiple together but I understand that these things can be challenging with a small or new business.
