Jose Gourmet Fried Mussels in Marinade 7/10, 110g

I think most will like them if you want variety. Last order was tagged with a cancer warning, which had no explanation. I have ignored that. Loaded with a fabulous brine.

Great quality mussels

I had been eagerly awaiting the delivery of this item, but I was truly disappointed by the strange flavor. It was not the best!

These were good but not fantastic especially for the price point. Flavor was very mild, mussels were very soft and even found shells inside the tin.

I eat a lot of tinned seafood and these are the best tinned mussels I've ever had. The mussels themselves are great. Nice consistency and flavor. The sauce is very tasty also. Can't recommend them highly enough.

These aren't terrible, but I don't understand why they are described as "fried." These are probably the furthest thing from fried; they have the standard mushy texture of tinned mussels. The marinara has decent flavor. Overall, probably would not get again, but for someone who can appreciate mussels in every form, I'm sure they'd want to at least give these a shot.
