The magenta cartridge is defective. I reached out 2 times now, no response from the company. The gears on the magenta cartridge won’t turn, and therefore can’t add the toner. Horrible clicking noise, poor print quality because of lack magenta toner being added.

Well packaged for the cartridge which is always important to me to ensure the fragile cartridges inside don’t get damaged during the shipping process. These fit perfects with our Workcentre 6025. And the result is very identical to what OEM offers. I did several test prints with OEM cartridge (printed last year with our OEM replacement), and the print with our previous non-OEM prints installed 6 months ago, and the result to me looks very identical. The price with this one is similar to other remanufactured cartridges. However, I did find a similar issue with this cartridge and other non-OEM cartridges. If you print on glassy papers, the ink definitely has problem, they seems not dry fast enough on glassy papers, so you’ll get blurry pictures in some cases. And again, this is also happening on other non-OEM cartridges we got for our Workcentre, and this one is not exempt from that issue. And again, this only happens if we print on glassy paper, normal print papers work without any issue

I put the cartridges in my printer at work. When I tried to print a document, the printer showed that the yellow cartridge was empty.

I bought this as a backup for when I needed it. I have installed all of the colors and the printer does not recognize them that the toner has been replaced. To add insult to injury the toner cartridge that it said was empty is over half full. Same brand!!!
