Couldn't see a difference at all. I take care of my teeth but maybe drink a bit too much tea and coffee. Thought these may help a little so cut down on the tean and coffee and tried these. Didn't work for me.

Mouth guard cuts into your face, very tight. Strips don't stick. I did notice a difference on my teeth where they did stick, which wasn't very much!

Have only used twice but can already see a difference. The residue that's left behind is a bit unpleasant but I just used my toothbrush and water to scrub it off and spit it out. I hate my teeth always have but today I genuinely can't stop looking at them. Wish I had of done before and after pics
