I just changed the fluid, and even though the old fluid wasn't very dirty, I can definitely tell a difference. When it comes to such a crucial component, OEM is the only way to go, to make sure your CVT stays in the best condition.

Great makes my car shift and feel like new. However, idemitsu is who manufactures Honda fluid and oil. On that note this is 67-77$ here on Amazon. Idemitsu cvt fluid in a gallon( 5 quarts) is a bit cheaper so at that point it’s just a decision. I may go with the idemitsu from now on cuz it’s basically the same thing if now even better. But it is nice to know I can always count on this Honda fluid on amazon. Have ordered multiple times for my car and my brothers 11th gen and it literally does make your car accelerate and feel so much smoother.

Perfect for CVT transmissions. Usually only need 4 qts for a drain and fill. 8 if you do a double drain and fill depending on what the fluid looks like.

Perfect amount for CRV AWD. About 4.5 qt after draining the excess out of the check bolt. Remove fill plug before draining old fluid. Make sure car is level to get accurate fill capacity. Also warm up the transmission a bit before drain and fill. This transmission service is easier than engine oil and filter change.

I am very happy as to be expected, I would not put anything else in my Honda.
