The product is up to the mark and serves purpose.Long electric cable to make it work on a large lawn can be an issue otherwise a fairly good machine.In today’s time, a rechargeable Bettary can be a better option .

Unsuitable in India — No Power Cable provided
The lawn mower has only C14 IEC male socket & no cable compatible with the lawn mower having C13 & C14 male, female sockets has been supplied with the lawnmower and there seemed to be no indication that it would be necessary to buy the cable separately. That needs to be made clear on the product description. Moreover the power cable with C13 & C14 sockets is not available in northern India. So the lawn mower without cable is worthless as I can’t use it without the cable. I purchased the lawn mower on 23/09/2024 & I want to return as it is of no use to me without the cable but as & when I tried the return option on the Amazon, only exchange option comes that means to spend more Rs.5000-10000 to get another useless lawn mower. My conclusion is this lawn mower is not suitable in India until & unless Power cable compatible with is provided by the Wolf Garnet India.I tried to get the customer care contact no. of wolf Garnet India but no contact no is available.

Missing component and refund
How could I submit my review when the main component I.e. 20 m electric cable is missing . Original Product also returned on 22 nov.Refund awaited.

No socket provided to connect
How unmindful by company to not provide the coupler socket to connect with power cord and left the Indian customer to search for matching socket … couldn’t find it on Amazon

Not Good service from Local suppliers
No local suppliers give good & timely service. Worse service . Machines are good but.. Not in position to supply spare parts
