This is a very quality product I have bought in this category. It’s now almost three years but the bands and other material of the product are as strong as I bought three years back. I would always recommend and go with this seller and product.

Thank you very much!Band had a flaw when received, but seemed to work / stretch fine so I was not concerned. Broke after the 30 day return period and no way to contact seller after that point. Disappointed, as I really liked the set if not for this issue.

I recently purchased the Brebebe Door Anchor Strap to enhance my home workouts with resistance bands. The concept of a multi-point anchor gym attachment sounded promising, offering the versatility to switch up my exercise routine. Unfortunately, the anchor strap did not function as intended. Upon setting it up, I quickly realized that the strap lacked the stability and strength needed to support my resistance bands. It was a letdown to see such a crucial piece of workout equipment fall short on reliability.However, I must commend the customer service team at Brebebe. Faced with a faulty product, I reached out, not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and proactive response. They immediately acknowledged the issue and offered to send a replacement with a better model, free of charge. I wanted to add this to my walking routine. It was super easy to set up and start using right away. It has a few exercises but check out YouTube for more. Not going to lie, I was sore for a couple of days, but doing better now and can do more reps.

Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space-- I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it's not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can't speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one.
