A great dimmer with many options
The best part about this dimmer is that it can switch between leading edge (traditional style dimmers) and trailing edge/reverse phase which is great for dimmable LED and CFL bulbs. Essentially the trailing edge dimmer helps lower-quality or finicky dimmable LED bulbs work more smoothly and with no or reduced buzz. In my testing, a more expensive dimmer paired with cheap dimmable bulbs makes them work better. A high quality dimmable bulb might work fine on a cheap dimmer, but pair this dimmer with high quality bulbs and it's a winning combination for smooth, flicker-free dimming over a wide range of light output. This dimmer works with or without a neutral and defaults to trailing edge when a neutral is connected automatically. It's great this can also work as a more basic leading edge dimmer when a neutral is not available at the switch box. The small dimming up and down buttons on the side allow you to use a single press for one small dimming "step" or a long press to quickly increase or reduce the light level. There are also shortcuts to jump to the lowest and highest settings. Finally it allows you to customize the low-end dimming range if your bulbs go out before the dimmer has reached it's lowest setting but I haven't need to use it with any of my bulbs.

Learn the programming if factory defaults don't work with your LED. For me was 50-50 unprogrammed.
The Lutron LED+ PRO. Must be the PRO. This is the dimmer to buy for low interference to AM radio. The lower cost Lutron dimmers look the same but make alot of AM radio interference throughout the neighborhood and are not usable for my case. HAM radio HF communication, AM radio listeners, go for the PRO. This dimmer is highly programmable for many kinds of LED lamps. Don't think the dimmer is bad if it wont work with some LEDs. Learn the programming and setup for the LED you are using. I found it was excellent. Also works perfectly with the companion dimmer for multiway switch setups. Also works with just a 3 way toggle in the second location. Very versatile. Lots of YT videos for setup. Once the programming is learned, setup is a breeze. I am a fan.

More than meets the fingertips!
It's Programable! I have had one controlling our bathroom lights and in five years have not burned out a bulb! The reason is that the switch has a soft start feature and increases power slowly. This is important for halogen bulbs because of the heat they generate. So I decided to use the new switch in our bedroom where we have two lamps that have a total of 600 watts. The bulbs are prone to burning out. So because of our experience with the bath lighting I installed this switch and "told it" to light only to about 85 percent.of total available wattage. See YouTube for vids on programming! The included instructions are inadequate for all that this switch is capable of!

Good quality.
The light almond Decora style is a good match to other brands. The fit and finish are good quality. The ON/OFF button has no haptic response .so until you use it a few times, you may find yourself mashing the button, and then learning how to press it gently. I bought several.
