Somehow I under salt my roasted/fried food half the time and this solves that problem so well. The flakes are large and flaky and have a great taste. I've added it to bread/EVOO, veggies, meat, and more. Solid and secure packaging

Great flavour

We love this salt. We use it to season, brine, and finish. Great quality, excellent value. The container is air tight so the salt doesn't clump. Also looks beautiful as a finishing salt!
