Wonderful product! Used many times to jump RV Marine battery. Come to find out the Starter was bad. We replaced it ourselves, not an easy task!

It would be 5 stars but the micro usb kills me. Overall its great i bought a total of 7 i have one in family and friends cars now. I used my first unit on my own vehicle, on my work vehicle, and just someone who needed helps vehicle.Hard to beat having something that will help not many people dont carry cables anymore and just as few are willing to help.Jumps easy, good life, charging horribly slow but thats why i said i dont like the micro usb.Good power but dont thibk youll be able to use it to limp home maybe a couple of yards, Its safe in the sense that you know what positive and negative are on your battery.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I put it in the trunk of my daughter's car to help make sure she doesn't end up stranded with a dead car after work. The directions are easy to follow and I have no doubt she could successfully jump her car, if needed. The unit is solid and well built and the packaging is perfect to keep it safely tucked away in the trunk until you need it.

Took forever to charge, but it jumped my 2017 Kia Firte with no trouble at all. I have a small short in the car, and it'd gone dead after two weeks of sitting. However, i attached the leads and my instrument cluster lit up like Christmas, then instantly turned over.I think I'll buy more as Christmas presents for a few if my friends.Best purchase I've made in a long time.Granted this is an initial review, so I'll update it if the battery fails after several jumps. I'm hoping nit, but you never know. So far, I love it!!

Good portable unit. Always works when I need a jump. Also is a great USB phone charger. I've had it for many years and purchased for my other cars.

UPDATE (11/24/2024): I have increased my 1 star review to a 3 star based on excellent cutomer support and experience with an upgraded YABER battery jump pack.Yaber replied to my inquiry and offered to provide their upgraded model "YABER Jump Starter with 10W Wireless Charger, 5000A 23800mAh " ASIN B09JNZY3XR. To test the upgraded pack, I used a battery capacity tester to discharge our 2012 Toyota Tundra (5.7L) to 10.5v; I found that our battery is also near end of life with only 10Ah capacity which made for a good test, an end of life battery that has been fully discharged. The truck had just enough power for the dome lights and dash but was not even close to cranking over. Using this upgraded 5000A unit provided by YABER, the moment I connected it, the headlights came on, the HVAC fan started running, and I left it with those loads for about 30 seconds before trying to start it. Once I turned the key, the truck's engine cranked and started very quickly.So, while I give some credit to Yaber as a company and their other products, I still cannot recommend this 2500a pack, if you are shopping for a Jump pack, YABER's 5000A pack worked very well, came with an accessory plug (aka- cigarette plug) adapter, and a nice carry case; the extra cost for their 5000A model would be well worth it for what you get. See my original review of this YABER 2500A below-ORIGINAL REVIEW: We bought two of these Yaber 2500a jump packs. The first use we had was after 30 days so Amazon's return period had closed. The first need was our husqvarna riding lawn mower, neither of these 2500A packs would crank over the lawn mower.After failing with the lawn mower, I gave them one more chance, ensured they were fully charged. That same day these were fully charged, our Toyota Tundra battery died. With two new, and freshly charged Yaber 2500 jump packs at hand... we would have been left stranded as neither would even turn the engine over. Luckily, we had our years old and heavily used Deltran Battery Tender which is "rated" at less than half of these YABER 2500A units, and it was able to start our Tundra.These Yaber units build quality seemed reasonable for the price, no bells or whistles, just a 4-dot led indicator for charge state.Regarding YABER support, I contacted the manufacturer since the Amazon 30 day window had closed. My first inquiry got no reply, upon second inquiry I received a response that "support" was for the "projector" department, and a different email was provided.At the same time, I reached out to the amazon seller Jessibest. To their credit, Jessibest was quick to respond and offered us a refund for our troubles.
