Pros: tasty - my kids love these and ask for them. Nutritious- research keeps coming out about gut health and microbiome helping with immunity, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Easy- so easy to take. My kids eat them with breakfast every morning before school.Cons: sugary and expensive (but worth it in my book)

We have been taking this for a couple of years and it worked great, but the last 3 times we have ordered them, they are different...different shades of color, different amounts of coating, different consistency, etc. Our last purchase was the final straw...my girlfriend started to have an allergic reaction. She began break out and flush very badly after trying the new batch. She tried them again to see if that's what actually caused the reaction and that's what it was for sure. We are done buying these for good. Be careful what companies you trust, seems like they're not concerned with quality control anymore.
