Very sweet- glucose syrup
I hate taking vitamins, these gummies are a great alternative. These are a good size and have a nice raspberry flavor, with no nasty aftertaste. The texture is more soft than chewy and they come in a jar of 60, so taking the recommended 2 a day, they will last a month, which is an average price for such things.Kids would love these, as they are very sweet, but for diabetics, they aren't great as glucose syrup is the first ingredient. The collection of vitamins in the gummy are aimed at boosting immunity- very important in the virus filled world we live in. Anything to boost the immune system is great, but I noticed that although they contain twice the vitamins c recommended ( according to the nvr- nutrient value recommendation)they only contain 40% of the daily recommendation for Vitamin B6, Zinc and Selenium. You of course get these vitamins from food too, but if someone was not eating enough fresh meat, nuts, brown rice etc and taking this supplement to enhance their vitamin intake, they may fall short. The packaging does say that it is not a diet substitute, but most people would think that you get all the recommended doses I think?

Good quality gummies to boost your immune system
With these immune defense dummies, you and your family can enjoy the sweet taste of raspberry and stay healthy at the same time as they have many beneficial ingredients. Each serving of Elevate Nutrition Immunity Gummies contains 200% NRV of vitamin C, 40% NRV of Zinc and Selenium. Among the main ingredients were Apple juice, black carrot, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural raspberry flavouring, Selenium, vegetable oil, canola oil, coconut oil, canaba wax, sodium hexametaphosphate, Vitamin B6 and zinc citrate. It is made with added benefits but no added corn sugar, high fructose corn syrup, gelatine filler and no artificial colours, ingredients, flavour, GMO, Gluten, Wheat, Nuts, Dairy, Eggs, Shellfish, or Soy.There are 60 gummies in a bottle, and it is recommended to take 2 a day so this provides about a month’s supply. The results of the product may vary depending on your consistency and some noticeable effects may be visible within 2 weeks of taking the supplement. It has many health benefits such as energy support, digestive health, weight management, health blood sugar and immune health. In addition, it is also a powerful antioxidant and helps reduce tiredness, fatigue and promotes normal function of the immune system.Although the flavours and ingredients had been elaborated, it doesn’t directly mention that this is good for vegetarian people. The texture of the gummy is similar to chewy sweets, so it is much easier and nicer to take compared to capsule or tablet supplements.Overall, this is a good value for money for a gummy supplement as they are usually a bit more expensive. You can get capsule supplements with a larger supply for the same price, but if you prefer gummies, I would definitely recommend this.

Quite nice but low dose and expensive
Flavour is lovely and great for coaxing youngsters to take a supplement. As far as dosage is concerned it's quite small and you can buy similar products at half the price. The company has a worthy goal of feeding the homeless and aims to provide 1 million meals. Is this why they are so expensive? I don't have an issue with this in principle but not everyone can afford that. Should we be enforcing donations? Two stars knocked off. One for high price and another for low dose. Could do better.
