I'm absolutely addicted to this stuff. Honestly use it in all my food now. Quality is excellent and it's fresh. I'm originally from South Africa too so it's nice to have something that reminds me of home. My American boyfriend loves it as well!

We received our traditional Biltong spice and was very excited to make a batch. The spice arrived in a foil like package which is resealable if you do not use all the spice in one batch.The Biltong turned out great, great healthy snack for the kids but unfortunately it did not last very long in my household, I’m glad I signed up for the subscription.

This biltong spice is delicious!! It works perfectly with my Biltong Mate dryer, and I love the spicy flavor. It's so good I use it when grilling steaks on the barbecue too! It's definitely my go to spice for biltong, yum!!

needs a little more salt which you can add but really nice taste and easy to use

Although this states traditional biltong spice, this taste nowhere near traditional biltong spice.
