I am happy to write this Organic Cacao Powder is everything they say it is! It's rating for health benefits + safety without hidden additives if all ingredients is beyond reproach. I love making this healthy tasty Cacac into a cup of hot chocolate using unsweetened unflavored 30 cal Almond Milk with a heaping tablespoon. It devolves so quickly in my micowave hot milk. Since there is no sugar the Cacac actually reminds me of a light coffee favor. This was my first time trying raw cacao of any kind. I spent a number of years as a type 2 diabetic, and am extremely careful of what I eat now. This product gives me the opportunity to enjoy the actual flavor of chocolate, and to be in total control of what is added or not to enhance the flavors. So many different ways to use it, I am only getting started. I was also pleased with the buying, and shipping experience with this product, thank you.

I ordered this not knowing if there would be a difference from my usual cocoa powders (Hershey's special Dark or some house brand organic), but I think there is an appreciable difference in taste. I especially noticed it last night when I made a cocktail with a cacao dusted rim. Very flavorful even though I had no chocolate bitters as called for in recipe.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's raw for sure. Happy with the product. Hoping for the benefits of regular use they claim it will deliver. This bag has lasted me more than a month with regular use.

I ordered this product at the request of my wife, so when Amazon suggested I review it, I asked for her opinion. What she said was "Oh, it is excellent! Top quality." Then I asked just what she uses it for. She said she uses it in place of chocolate, because chocolate is not really very good for you. So my wife is highly discriminating, and if she says something is excellent, there is a high probability that it is indeed excellent. That's all I can say.

This arrived right on time, and in great condition. This tastes great, and is just as promised. It's easy to blend into drinks, and also mix with when baking. Great product. Great Company. I will definitely buy this again.

Great product, rich chocolate flavor and mixes well with other ingredients. My family loves chocolate-chocolate chip cookies. The first time I used this product; everyone asked me if I changed recipes. My answer was no I just changed the unsweetened chocolate I use. It was that noticeable they all loved the rich chocolate flavor that was lacking in the last product I used.

Seal was great until I spilled some on the zipper then not so great. Smells fantastic. Cup for cup any other brand. Quality for the size.
