have used this several times. easy to use with adapter and a simple wipe out of inside is all that is needed. I use a liner for the food so never in contact with bamboo. has not swelled or cracked and have owned for almost a year now.

This steamer basket works great! I’ve used it with paper liners and the silicone ones provided and both worked well. It was easy to figure out how to use the steamer and my food came out perfectly!

Spending a few extra bucks for the metal ring was a great decision. My wife burned our last set of bamboo steaming baskets, so this time we went for the upgrade. Happy with the protection as well as the handles on each basket. The silicone liners are a nice addition as well.
