First of all , the product price is not to high , is not too expensive, last for a while as it contains 90 tablets inside , and the progress of the effect you can see slowly . It also gave me extra energy .If you balancing your healthy life - they will work better together for better results .

This supplement has been good in giving us more energy for working out and helping us to maintain weight loss as it has helped to suppress our appetite. We do exercise and eat healthier the majority of the time, so that combines with the supplement is giving us good results. Thank you

SIX WEEK UPDATE: Definitely a placebo. I stopped taking these for almost a week, because I left them somewhere by accident. I still couldn't eat much etc. I won't be buying these again for that reason. I had SEVERE dehydration for weeks on end, and I already drink at least 3 litres a day (female - intense workouts daily), and I was drinking a lot more. I wondered why I was feeling like rubbish, with extreme fatigue -it was these tablets! I have permanently stopped taking them, and chucked the rest! I do NOT recommend. I am not intolerant to caffeine etc, but they made me feel so exhausted with EXTREMELY constantly dry skin (already have dermatitis), and I was needing constant moisturiser, which I don't normally. People commented on my puffy eyes (dehydration), yet I don't normally have that issue.Just goes to show if you can trick yourself, it's perfect! Remember: progress takes time, it doesn't happen over night! If I can trick my mind into doing extra sets or longer cardio, I can trick my mind into anything! Thought it might have been a placebo, but hey ho! I would presume most of these things are. I'm not annoyed, it just goes to show I have the will power :-)

The fit lab smart weight supplement which I ordered from amazon definitely made some difference to my weight loss journey. I took the product daily after meals and found that it worked a little bit like a laxative and helped digest things extremely quick which leaves you with a flatter and lighter stomach in the morning ready for a good workout session. It also has natural weight loss ingredients like green tea and cayenne pepper. The tablets are also vegetarian which is another plus.The only downside is that it's quite expensive for something which you'd like to incorporate in your fitness journey. Since your taking two tablets a day its £11 a month which is a bit hefty especially if your like me and it takes you a bit longer to see results.

First of all I will start with the packaging and delivery which were both more than expected, the supplements are also of decent size and don’t carry a smell with them which I find some supplements do! delivery was before expected and the bottle is easy to store and lightweight for when away from home.The capsules themselves are great, the biggest difference I have found is energy and metabolism, I take one in the morning and on gym days I take one before I train. I have found a great increase in my stamina, I particularly enjoy using them before a run!Originally the purchase was to aid me in my weight loss journey, I currently work in the hospitals and therefore am expected to be active for 12.5 hours a shift, so far I have lost 12lbs (however I have not always been consistent! So I’m sure if I was there would be an even bigger weight loss).I will be continuing to use this product- there are 0 side effects in my experience- no jitters or stomach cramps etc which can be found amongst similar products.I would highly recommend these to anyone who struggles with energy levels or needs a boost for day to day activities and light gym sessions.I will be ordering again!Thank you!

Someone said that they have ordered these tablets because their friend was on another appetite suppressant and they needed a cheaper option just like me - HONESTLY, this was day 1 and I have not felt hungry at all. The only thing is, I took my tablet after 3:00pm and have not been able to sleep yet (is now 6:00am) . BUT, at least I'm still not hungry though lol and my dinner was a tangerine and 3 crackers at 9:00pm lool , normally id be starving after an hour at least, so yea.
