Dragonfly Dried Chilli Crush 12.7 oz

I frequent Thai restaurants and always order medium heat dishes, as they usually provide dried chilis for customizing the spice level. When I started making Thai food at home, I discovered this fantastic product at my local Asian grocery store. I've been using it for years and am thrilled to have it in my spice cupboard!Unfortunately, my local store has been out of stock for a couple of months, so I was relieved to find it on Amazon. Although the price is slightly higher than in-store, it's an essential ingredient for my cooking. The chilis are fresh and incredibly spicy. If you want to elevate your Thai or Asian cooking with some heat, I highly recommend buying these!

These chillis are great, the spice level isn't too high so you can use a bunch at a time and get lots of chili flavor.

Perfect to spice up Thai cooking without using the fresh Thai chiles that most people find too hot. I love heat so when I'm making Yum Nua for myself I use both fresh chiles and this.

I knew of this product from a local asian supermarket. However, they stopped carrying it and I found it here. Very grateful. It is very spicy and it mixes very easily with almost any food you want to use it on. I use it with cucumber (mixed with salt) and many stir fry dishes I cook. The content of the flakes are wonderful. My only drawback on this is that it does not come with a resealable top. The ones I bought at the local asian supermarket came with a plastic lid. The one I received did not. It has a metal pull-off top and then it's left exposed. I hated that I had to resort finding another container to set it in. Other than that, the product itself is perfect.

This is my go to base for chili paste. Always just the right amount of heat.

Larger than I thought. Taste great and Pretty spicy!
