Quality and price
This is a pretty good brand of magnesium however I found something more powerful and gave this to my daughter. She said it worked for her and was better than what she was using.

Absorbable Magnesium
With supplements, it's always hard to know if it's working. I keep buying this brand, so it must be good. It's fairly easy to swallow, since the capsules aren't huge. No flavor, decent price.

Overall, A Good Magnesium Formula With No Laxative Effect
This formula features the new Magnesium Acetyl Taurate (ATA Mg) formulation, a patented magnesium that is geared toward stress and relaxation and is reportedly easier for our brains to use. I had already been taking ATA Mg in Life Extension's Calm-Mag supplement. I found the Life Extension version mildly helpful for relaxation and focus, but could not take it at night because I would always wake up multiple times each night.I like this formula better so far and I seem to be able to take it closer to bedtime. It has no laxative effect even though magnesium malate and glycinate can have that in some people. Two things bug me about this formula however. For one, the label does not tell us how much ATA Mg is in this formula. It lumps all 3 forms together (ATA Mg, Malate, and Glycinate) and lists 350mg. Whereas with Life Extension indicates 750mg of ATA Mg in the Calm-Mag formula. Second, I agree with another reviewer who takes issue with the use of sunflower oil inside the capsules. Sunflower oil is an inflammatory PUFA oil and we don't need to be ingesting it in supplements that are supposed to improve our health. Enzymedica should know better. The capsules are also fairly large (mostly long rather than wide) so be forewarned.Otherwise, Magnesium is extremely important for our bodies and they say most of us are deficient in it. It supports more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body and helps us to relax. I take a few adaptogens as well (Ashwaganda, Rhodiola, Panax Ginseng), and that seems to help because otherwise for some reason the calming effect of these new magnesium products do not seem to last more than a few hours. I find that adding additional adaptogens helps with consistency and longevity of the effect.Anyway, I will continue to take this and will report back if anything else changes, good or bad.
