George Foreman's Grill
Love this grill! So easy to use and maintain. I just wipe off any excess grease then stick it the dish washer and it comes out clean every time. Enough room to grill four large burgers at a time. Takes 4 1/2 minutes to warm up and 6-7 minutes to cook.

Nice grill, should have bought it sooner!
Great grill for two people. Innovative design makes it very easy to break down for cleaning. Nice hinge design allows it to keep the plates in alignment while separating vertically for thicker items. Non-stick material really works well. The lower plate is made to allow grease, etc. to drain out rather than accumulate and burn. Plates can actually go into dishwasher!Love it.

It can all go in the dishwasher
I have a George Foreman grill that is nearing 15 years old. It has detachable plates, but the heating shell cannot be washed, just wiped down. This one can be pulled apart and everything can go in the dishwasher, which is why I bought it. It is a tad smaller than the other, but works for the two of us. The lid is lighter than the old one, so hamburgers don't stay as flat as in the old George. This may or may not be a bad thing. We do 1/3 pound burgers that used to require larger buns. When I first used this one, hubby said, gee, don't they look smaller? Yes, indeed they do. But taller! The information says this one heats more quickly. The jury is out on that. It took the old one about 7 or 8 minutes to heat up and this one was 7 minutes the first time. Since we use George mostly for hamburgers, having an adjustable temperature control has never been an issue.I love that the 'shell' is no longer greasy. Sorry, old George, but that is what finally drove me away. I am okay with the new grease tray being a slide in - used to that with a griddle. And I don't have to worry about misaligning the tray outside the unit.

Best Grill Ever
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best electric grill I've had. Coming from the older models, it's such a relief to clean! My chicken never comes out dry. There are some changes, but good ones. The best advice I can give someone who wants one is to take really good care of the nonstick plates. Once those get scratched or worn, cooking on it becomes unpleasant, which is why i finally bought a new one. I personally hand wash mine. I know it says it's fully submersible, which I don't doubt, I just want to take extra care of mine so it lasts a long time. My video shows how easy it is to clean. Once I'm done eating, I'll get a wet paper towel and add soap, close it and let it sit. Once I'm done cleaning up everything else, I'll take it to the sink and rinse it off and then clean normally and air dry. This grill is definitely worth the money. It's simple to use and easy to store away.

Easy to clean, quick to heat, good results on my chicken thighs
Purchased to replace an old, corroded Hamilton Beach contact grill.I love the fact that everything (except the control box) can go in the dishwasher! My marinated chicken thighs (the only thing I have yet made on this) come out beautifully in 5-6 minutes with just a little char and fairly even cooking. I can usually fit 4 portions on the grill. The unit heats up fairly quickly. I initially tried to use a medium temperature on the grill but realized that it probably wasn't worth running at less than full power. Maybe if you're cooking a delicate fish you may wish to use a lower temperature, but for beef and chicken you probably want max.

Unlike some other GF grills this one is great!
I love this model. So easy to clean the detachable nonstick cook surfaces and food cooks quickly with no need to flip. I clean the top and bottom cook surfaces by hand rather than using a dishwasher. The large drip tray slides into the unit and the drippings flow neatly through holes in the bottom cook surface into it. The drip tray is also nonstick and a breeze to clean. Though the unit also has a temperature knob to increase or decrease the heat I always keep it on max. Not smokeless but just put it under the exhaust fan if you don't like the lingering smell of what you're cooking. R.I.P. George Forman. So talented and a big loss to society.

Easy to clean
I just recently bought one two months ago. I like the size of it and it's very easy to clean "but" I had a thick steak that needed extra time to cook the center, and it stopped heating in the middle of the cook. The red light was on but no heat. Ended up finishing my steak in the microwave which didn't make me happy. I used it the next day to cook two pork chops and it worked fine. I check on line and there is a safety auto turn off if the grill was on too long. What if I had to cook, say 6 hamburgers and it auto turned off in the middle of the cook? What a stupid way to design a grill. Now I have cooked many things dinners on this grill, this only happened to me one time. Has anybody else ever had the same problem I had?

Small, but works
Works great. Very small. It's 2 burgers, maybe 3 small ones. Definitely not 4 as it claims, unless they're sliders. So, if you're ok with that, then it's a great buy, since it is compact and easy to clean.
