Functionally useful
With heavy dependence on my PC this seems a sensible precautionary standby. I have had both mouse and keyboard accidents and this provides an immediate replacement. The keyboard is of a reasonable quality but with the 'e' and 'a' keys soon rubbing blank. It is not a gaming/high speed keyboard but a functional USB office-style option. The mouse is of a similar quality.Personally I have one of these in use and a spare to hand

Good Quality Product
This is a good quality product. It does everything I want it to, and seems well made.

It works!
This was bought as an emergency purchase to enable use of a Dell Latitude E5530 laptop. The original keyboard on that had become unusable because of a build up of detritus over 10+ years between the key contact membranes - a vacuum was no longer able to clear the mess. I run Ubuntu, and make use of the multi-media special keys, and especially the calculator pad at the right.I originally planned to get the DELL USB keyboard, but close examination of the pictures showed that although it was described as ENG(UK) QWERTY, the pound sign £ was not supported. With the original keyboard detached from the motherboard, and a piece of thin card to insulate components, the logitech keyboard was laid across the "hole", plugged in to a spare USB 2.0 port. It's slim enough so that there is still full access to the trackpad, and the height does not get in the way of seeing the screen.Worked as expected on every key - checked with the xev utility -with my OS. No extra driver needed. There is NO Fn modifier, so I have had to write my own key-bindings with other modifiers to achieve things like volume, brightness, and immediate access to the calculator. I haven't tried edge case tests like the REISUB commands direct to the Linux kernel.Because of the way it has to be positioned neither ergonomics or comfort can be a consideration, but I would note that the keys are "clacky" and provide good feedback.Did the expected job. A good purchase.UPDATE 5 September 2024The legends on the keycaps are starting to wear away, less than three months of use. E, R, C, N (worst) and M. Really missing the multimedia keys for controlling volume. No problems with actual keystrokes and reading on the Ubuntu system.

perfect for a real typist
This keyboard has all a real proper typist needs and it is only in using this keyboard rather than that of a laptop or a mini keyboard that one realises how badly ones typing has become. However with this keyboard, I can revitalise my better typing as was before I retired. Has good touch and real keys to press and you just plug in the keyboard and mouse to get going. Well worth it.

Fine keyboard, trash marketing.
Decent keyboard and mouse, it doesn't have features that many modern mice and keyboard have like pointer speed adjuster which is preferred for me and would have been 5 stars if not for the fact it was advertised as a "combo" and "Just plug in this corded combo via USB and go." Implying it was tethered through one USB connection. If it had stated that it uses two separate USB connections like most other ones instead of some nonsense about its carbon footprint then I wouldn't mind. But it didn't.

Mouse did not work
The keyboard is good. The mouse top casing had been forced onto the bottom half. The right click did not work. My son opened it up and found that the inside of the mouse was damaged. I did not want to return the keyboard and it did not seem possible just to return the mouse and ask for a replacement. I decide it was easier just to buy a better quality mouse.
