I made jello shots with this using a recipe i found off the internet, they literally bounced off the cupboards and countertop like a bouncy ball so i definitely suggest using a little amount

It does the job!
I was reluctant to get this since a lot of people commented about it having a bad smell and ruining the taste of their cheesecake. It worked just fine for me, and believe me I have had my share of buying bad gelatine. It sets fast and there is no bad smell or taste.Made a lovely cheesecake which set well because of it.

No idea how to use
the pack doesn't explain the concentration of gelatine, so i had to guess, first few tries were a failure
