The right side of the photo is the pill that came from the bottle from the last time I bought them, the left side is the recently purchased.They have shrunk in size and the price has stayed the exact same.They are also lighter in colour now.Also advertised is a full bottle, but when it arrives you'll find a bottle that makes a crisp packet look full. Not even being a 1/3 full.

These are very difficult to swallow because of the powdery coating to the point that they stuck in my throat and end up dissolving which is a very unpleasant experience.

This Vitamin B complex 60 tablets, and contains Biotin which supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin & nails, easy to take swallow and taste a bit strong, does the job great.

I’ve never used the Etanics brand before but I was looking for a higher strength Vitamin B all-rounder and these fit the bill. The supplements come in a plastic tub, with foil seal under the lid. There are 60 tablets, and each contains a high dose of various B vitamins, plus Biotin, folic acid and some inositol. The B vitamins are B1, B2, B3, B5 and B12, which is a great mix for overall wellness in a general sense or for any problems attributable to lower Vit B levels, like tiredness and fatigue.These are small orange-coloured, almost powdery tablets. I was really pleased when I saw them because so often supplements are huge tablets or capsules, whereas these are small and much easier to swallow. They’re GMO free, made in the UK and are vegan, which is all good to know.Given the powdery aspect of the tablets, they seem to go down well and I’d like to hope will be better absorbed as a result. You only need one per day as the recommended serving, which they suggest taking at mealtimes. So have a bite to eat, take your tablet with a little water and that’s that. They’re very convenient and with only one per day, the bottle should last two months.The price is, I think, really good for two months’ of supplements that contain various B vitamins plus extras, and at much higher strengths. As such, I think they’re good value for money and a worthwhile investment for our health, so I will happily continue to buy in future if they help.Overall, a fantastic vegan-friendly supplement that’s high strength, packed full of various B vits, and is small enough to swallow easily.
