Easy to use, just step into it and pull it up and adjust the lower section to where you like it. Works great as an undergarment for workouts or clothes in general if you like, I love them to wear while giving my wife a massage-no clothes to get in the way, but the real reason I bought them to begin with is they are perfect overall for naked play without being totally naked! Utterly useless. It's tight, but does nothing at all. It's like wearing a stretchy leotard rather than any type of shaping wear. The material is far too stretchy. Think leggings.

I am 6'3" and weigh 300# I have tried the 3-4X and it offered no support. I then purchased 2 of the XL-XXL and they fit better but still don't offer a lot of support. I have lost some weight and just wanted a little help keeping excess skin tucked in. I have a shirt that fits tighter but it tends to ride up so I like the idea of the body suit.Overall it's a good product, I just wish it was a little more supportive around the belly area.

Kind of hard to get into but is definitely shape fitting. I may have to buy a size down in the future.

It does help me at least that way as the compression feels a little like a hug. But the big surprise was what it did for my chronic back pain; it’s virtually gone! I’ve had back pain for years and never thought compression could help that. Its amazing! I started out buying two and on the strength of the back pain relief I bought 3 more. It does help with waist trimming some. I have to tighten to one more position on my belt. At first the open crotch seemed weird but it actually makes sense to wear underwear over them. Definitely worth while and the price was also another delightful surprise.
