I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these taste, very tasty, but as it’s a vitamin supplement you need to limit intake to 2 a day and apply control.Personally I think they are a little expensive, as these didn’t last that long (approx one month). That said they are very nice and tasty so the little bit extra cost wise accounts for the quality of the product.

Got these to help my low moods and tiredness. I dont get outside for natural sunlight until summer time. 1st 4 weeks showed no difference at all but on week 5 i was feeling more like myself and my mind was a lot clearer. I have now been taking 2 per day for past 12 weeks and have stayed possitive in mind and feel a lot better than i did. May not work for everone but for me there was a reall improvement. Dont know if its the vitamin jellies or if its just 'in my mind' but i dont care either way because it has been a real life changer for me.

Can't really tell if they work from just 1 bottle. They taste nice though.
