I am currently breastfeeding and trying to stay hydrated, it was recommended to drink coconut water and electrolytes. I had been buying body armor, tasty but expensive! When I found this I instantly bought all the flavors. Raspberry lemonade is drinkable, but not my favorite. It has an unpleasant aftertaste but when mixed with something, like a crystal light lemonade packet, it was much more pleasant.Grape is my absolute favorite! Super tasty, I actually enjoy drinking it. My only complaint is the color used in the powder stains anything it comes into contact with. Came to buy another bag and it’s no longer offered, what happened?!Pina colada is still iffy for me, I’ve tried it twice but I think I put too much powder in because it was extremely bitter and not drinkable. *update* I began leveling the scoop for pina colada and it tastes much better! This will be the one I drink until they, hopefully, bring grape back!I feel like these keep me hydrated, have good ingredients and a price point that can’t be beat!

I never know what to expect when there are serving sizes listed of 1 "scoop" or 2 "scoops". This one impressed me. The size of the scoops compared to how much you get is really small. That's a good thing. I have gotten a LOT of servings out of this. I was using Gatorade, but due to some cancer meds spiking my blood sugar I had to find non-sugar electrolyte alternatives. This has worked well. I am not a fan of any artificial grape flavoring, but this flavoring is pretty good. I have no issues drinking it regularly. Most important for me is that it is sugar free

I can't comment much on effectiveness, my body is too inconsistent. But in the realm of being helpful...the pineapple is actually *Pina colada* flavored. It has much more froth and color, but also has MUCH more stevia aftertaste than the lemon raspberry.I like the price compared to other electrolytes, and I like that it doesn't make me bloat like other electrolytes, but medically, sodium is the recommended one and this is low on that, so mileage will probably vary. I'm loath to figure out how I will get through the rest of the bag of Pina colada considering the sweetener aftertaste makes me crave sweets so I don't like drinking it.Confusingly, between the two flavors, both list same weight and number of servings, but the scoop that came with the Pina colada was much bigger than the lemon raspberry scoop, and I suspect the lemon scoop is more appropriate, the full larger one was too strong in flavor.I might buy the lemon raspberry again, it's good flavor and lasts well, but I do not recommend the "pineapple".

this was my first time trying electrolyte powder and I think it taste pretty good cold, it’s like a salty and stevia sweet gatorade. The bag brings a lot of powder, I was drinking it every day but got tired after a month so I bought little packages of others just to switch out the taste and would come back to this after.

Love that this electrolyte powder actually has magnesium and potassium! So many brands have only 2% dv which for super active athletes need more of. The one downside is there is little sodium but we add 1/4 teaspoon for some sodium! Awesome and tastes really good!

I love these electrolytes. I have been using them for a year. Highest level of vitamins compared to others. I have some medical issues that require me using supplements daily and I will never use a different electrolyte as long as these are made. I wish I could find it outside of Amazon.

The package came with purple powder all over the outside of the bag. it got on everything especially my hands. I didn't find a break in the bag so I assumed the powder was from the facility it shipped from. That indicates the bag had purple powder all over the outside when it was boxed for shipment to me. Why in the world would you not ship a clean bag to me?The flavor is pretty good. If you ever took communion in church from those little prepackaged shot glasses, you know the flavor. Every time I take a swig I feel like saying " this is the blood of my covenant, drink all of it". It's a bit too sweet tasting to me. I add a dash of salt to it when I'm mixing a bottle to tone down the sweetness and improve the flavor.

Very acidic. I wish that they would make this with less citric acid or none and possibly with less flavoring or an unflavored option. Unflavored and unnecident would be perfect to add to my morning coffee. I think they sell a lot of it if they decided to change or add a new option to their menu.When I open the bag it burns my sinuses just the "poof" that comes out. It also sadly burns through my digestive tract as well sadly. I'm going to have to give my bag to somebody who can handle it sadly, I was so excited about this product and price point.It's really hard on me due to the high citric acid so it causes GI disruptions. I absolutely love the electrolyte profile and high quality ingredients they use, but I would love it if they could create a unflavored option and one with zero to very low citric acid.If you have gerd, acid reflux, IBS OR IBS just know that it might cause some pretty severe irritation and disruptions. Other than that it is a wonderful product, I just would love an unflavored and less citric acid option and I hope they will consider that!! But if you can handle it this is a wonderful product!
