UPDATE..seller contacted me straight away offered part refund so can’t fault them at all The plastic container that comes with it was split totally unusable ! Now got to go buy one crushed on box with iron disappointed

The iron is lightweight compared to other models, has excellent steam control and unlike a lot of irons has an auto off feature to prevent damage to clothes and the ironing board. Ironing is made easy, a wonderful product, which I can thoroughly recommend.

Stopped working after 3 months, impossible to reach seller, Amazon not interested.

I was little unsure about this iron because I didn't recognise the brand but I think this is the best iron I have had, the steam just on the first setting Is brilliant and the creases came out effortlessly, I have taken the time to write this review to recommend this iron to anyone who is unsure which would be the right iron to buy.

I thought the iron a little on the heavy side and a bit clumsy but that may be because I had my previous one for many years and was accustomed to it. The flex length was fine, the controls and operation easy to grasp. At the price it's a bargain.

Good value, very comfortable to use and the safety cutout works well. The latter point is important when you’re as old as me. Only point the linen temp is not as hot as I expected from a 2800 watt iron.
