Didn't work. The patches came I a clear packet. No box with instructions. Very strong smell.Almost like Tiger balm. Not for me so threw them out.

If used regularly, combined with Vibra plate and diet, they work very well! they can be quite hot, and the heat lasts for quite a while. I use these on my stomach all night and during the day, and (believe it or not) on my lower buttock as it really really helps with Sciatica, and the Sciatic nerve starts from right at the top of the leg under the buttock. Worth a try! It works for me!

Product turned up in no box or with any instruction, direction, ingredient list at all.When applied to my skin, within 15 minutes a very hot very sore blistering started to appear . Very unhappy and wished I hadn’t bothered . Only gave 1 star because it made me use the stars to log the review
