Very good

It's a budget phone that does all basic tasks well. Battery lasts a day and a half with moderate usage. Feels a bit laggu sometimes but that's ok considering the price. Calling, sound, touch, display quality are pretty ok too. Camera isn't upto the mark. But then don't expect worldclass performance from this one. For its price, it does its primary job quite well.Tip: Best to use this as a secondary phone especially while travelling. It's ideal for mounting on your motorcycle handlebar to use navigation/GPS funtions. Wouldnt pinch the pocket even if it gets broken or lost.

Good mobile and nice at this cost

Overall I am not happy with the performance of this iTel A70 moble phone.Pros:1. Very affordable2. ROM and RAM are more than any comparable mobile of same price.3. Screen resolution is quite good4. Sound volume is okay though there is only one speaker at the bottom.5. Overall build quality is good.Cons:1. Network connectivity is poor2. Screen brightness is low compared to other models.3. Has only one microphone, so cannot record in stereo.I had applied for a return/refund for the product, but came to know that, as per their policy, it cannot be returned. They arranged for an inspection of the mobile to verify the problems at my place. An inspection agent called me up and asked me to provide the OTP which had been sent to me in my email. The email instructed me as follows - "Please share the Job Start PIN with Service expert only after they arrive at your location. Do not share over call". But the agent kept insisting for the PIN on call, saying that he would make sure that I get a refund. I finally gave him the OTP which was a big mistake. He made a report to Amazon that the issue had been resolved. This is a fraud being commited by these agents, I request everyone NOT TO PROVIDE PIN/OTP ON CALL. I am now stuck with a sub-standard mobile phone which I can't return for a better product. It is a shame that Amazon is happily selling these mobiles and refusing to return the product! AVOID BUYING THIS MOBILE PHONE if you can afford to spend Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 more.Edit: After using the mobile for sometime now I feel that it is okay for light daily use like YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook and general surfing, provided you have a strong WiFi signal. Keeping in view the affordable price of this phone, the 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM size is more than what we can desire. I have been using it for Facebook live sessions without much problems.

Posting after 2 months usage. Phone is good but lags occasionally. Initially, the “call failed” message kept coming, had to fix that from the settings. Camera is so-so can’t expect more at this price point. Overall, it’s good for daily multi tasking. Kids played multiple games on this one without lags but don’t expect hi-fi graphics on this one. Charging is good though battery life could use some improvement. Best part is the phone comes with charger and a very nice black case!!Overall satisfied, but can do better. Why isn’t Amazon offering exchange for this model? Exchange list for itel phones does not show A70 or a665l models! Minus 1 more star for this point.

For this price point one gets big memory that can store huge data, a camera that clicks super pics. Side fingerprint lock , type c charger. Battery back up too is best. The back case that comes in the box too looks like a mag safe case and of premium quality.All and all a great phone

THESE FEATURES ARE VERY BASIC AND I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW COME ITEL REMOVED IT AND WHY?2. LOW LIGHT CAMERA PERFORMACE IS REALLY BAD.3. PLAYSTORE AND YOUTUBE ARE NOT PROPERLY OPTIMIZED BECAUSE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE JUST SCROLLING IN THEM, THE PHONE STUTTERS AND HANGS WHICH NEEDS TO BE FIXED.4. BATTERY BACKUP AUTOMATICALLY GETS REDUCED SOMETIMES WHICH ALSO NEEDS TO BE FIXED.ITEL TEAM REALLY NEEDS TO PROVIDE ONE UPDATE ASAP TO FIX THESE MENTIONED DRAWBACKS BECAUSE SUCH BASIC FEATURES IF ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR ARE MISSING THEN PEOPLE WON'T BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE TO OTHERS WITH FULL CONFIDENCE.IF THEY FIX THESE ISSUES, THIS DEVICE WILL LITERALLY KILL THE 6-8K BUDGET SEGMENT. PLEASE FIX THEM ASAP.(Please note all these pros and cons are mentioned considering the killer price at which it comes)
