Best rice and steel cut oats
Best 20 or so bucks I've ever spent. Not only does it take up very little space on the countertop and make perfect rice, I also use it to make steel cut oats every morning and they come out way better than on the stove with none of the stirring and watching to make sure it doesn't burn. For steel cut oats, I use 1/3 cup steel cut oats to 1 cup water. I add in stuff like raisins, pumpkin seeds, bit of molasses and salt. When it's done I sweeten with maple syrup or honey and add a bit of ghee if I feel like it. Definitely recommend.

Great cooker
Works great … but no free knives included as stated in TV advertisements which also includes free shipping @ same price. Amazon search includes “as see on TV” …

I'm not a fan of the warmer feature.
I had to try this rice cooker 3 times to see if it was defective or if I was not doing it right. My experience the first time resulted with the bottom of the rice was just starting to turn brown, not crispy but I believe it was headed that way. It cooked the rice well except for the bottom. Please keep in mind that I left it in the warm position for about an hour. I got the same result the second time using my cooking/warmer method like the first time. The third time I included a step that I skipped the first two times witch was rinsing the rice first. I really can't tell if that made a difference. Also, I paid attention to how long it took to cook (about 23 minutes) and I didn't let it stay on the warmer. I unplugged it right away and got, in my opinoin, nice rice. I loved the price as it was a little more than half the price of the next cheapest one I found. If I had a choise between the warmer and a bell to let me know it finished cooking, I'd go for a bell and let it shut off completely when cooking was done.

Love It
Got this as a Christmas gift and I love it. I didn't pull it out of the box for a few months. Once I did I use it weekly for meal prep. I also love using the steam tray. Perfect for shrimp, fish and vegetables.

Convenient rice cooker that does all of the cooking
The first few cooks were a little sketchy but they've all been great since. I prefer to fill the water cup to the top and to fill the rice cup with 84 grams of rice.

Wish I had read the negative feviews
I bought this to replace an Aroma rice cooker that I purchased from Amazon not too long ago. It was my first ever rice cooker, a very basic model. I really liked it but let it fall from the counter. The glass lid broke and the pot got dented badly. Silly me, instead of staying with something that I knew I liked, I decided to 'upgrade' to this product because the capacity was supposed to be larger and it came with a recipe book. The 'upgrade' cost me about $15. It arrived yesterday and today, my first use was for some couscous. I followed the recipe in the book precisely. It seemed to work just fine, but the couscous was scorched on the bottom after being left on 'warm' for only about 15 minutes. I kept rice on 'warm' for 2 hours with the old cooker without an issue. Oh, and the size of the pot is exactly like the old one, despite the description indicating that it would be larger. I wish I had read the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews on this before I purchased. I'll be making a pot or two of rice in the next few days. If my evaluation changes, I will post an update

Works as advertised, sort of!
Works somewhat as advertised.A few major issues, it will ALWAYS OVERFLOW, and come out the yop vent and require a full cleaning of the upper components. Another, NO off switch, and it will keep cooking, even on warm, you have to unplug the unit. For the price it works, just needs to overcome some issues.
