Honestly, I've been searching for a formula that my baby with cow milk allergy symptoms would take for awhile!! It's been really challenging and heartbreaking for me to see my baby struggle, but also she just hated many other high brand formulas that I tried with her and I don't blame her - hypoallergenic formulas typically smell and taste disgusting!! This is the first and only formula that didn't have the smell and tasted closest to breast milk, she easily took it and I'm so glad I tried it, trusting all the reviews here on taste. If you're struggling to get your little one to take hypoallergenic formula, try this one! It's worth the extra cost!!

NOT FOR CMPA or CMPI, this product contains whey protein, as whey is a protein from the cow. My baby has an intolerance to the cow, diagnosed with CMPI through testing. We are using this formula as an introduction to cows protein for tolerance and I have followed doctors instructions to mix 2 scoops of formula with 3 of water and only one time a day for one month. We will increase 2 feedings of the same preparation in month 2 and then consecutively.I am pumping still but my diet is very limited due to some intolerances. My baby is 6 months and the only reason why we are getting her this formula is to adjust to the protein because she is starting to have purées so we are hoping for changes at month 8-9.At first my baby had a skin reaction with my breast milk (bad eczema she was even bleeding) then I added to her diet cow and goat formula, and I aggravated the problem until she vomited blood and her stools were dark! with this formula only the first day was a nightmare but the doctor suggested Luke water bath with a bit of bleach later on that same night and guess what NO MORE ECZEMA!!! Still some itching and scratching here and there but such a relief for baby! I do Eucerin lotion richest hydration after every like bath with bleach which is every other day and we have seen tons of improvements.It is labeled for CMA cow milk allergy and could possibly work for those with intolerance.IF YOUR BABY HAS CMPA OR CMPI DO NOT GET THIS FORMULA!

The baby was getting upset from breast milk. This stuff is great while we figure out what egg, milk, or soy intolerance she might have.

Such a lifesaver!!! Our baby had CMPA and we started easy on the formula, with Kendamil goat milk. Didn’t know about the CMPA. Once we found blood in his stool, we tried Neocate Syneo, which smelled horrible and He vomited it all the time…We tried the Neocate Pepticate and it was the best thing ever!!! Fast delivery, you can ask for a sample from the manufacturer before you order (thank you so much, it really helped mentally with the switching we were doing, not having to worry about buying something that we won’t use if the baby is not ok with it!!!) the baby liked it with and without the breastmilk, and is now slowly transitioning to regular formula. 100% recommend!!!Thank you, Nutricia Neocate!!! 🫶

This formula has been an absolute LIFESAVER! Almost literally!!! More on that towards the end. My husband and i believe that ingredients are key. Having good ingredients keeps you healthy and out of the doc office. I dropped one star because there are still some not-so-great ingredients but unfortunately thats the case with every single vegan option on the market. But since they changed their formula not too long ago, the ingredients actually got a tad worse with maltodextrin moving up the list. Now for the greatest thing about this formula, it helps with building milk tolerance (at least it has in my child). Going constantly to the allergist trying to build a tolerance to milk has been difficult to say the least and we were doing really good until it was time to wean my son from formula and into a milk alternative. As soon as we cut the formula out we started going backwards on his tolerance. So that is AMAZING that it was helping so much but please keep that in mind when it comes time to wean your baby so that you are able to replace it with something that will similarly build your child’s tolerance!
