Dead Again - Clear Green White Black Splatter

This record was their last studio record and right after they went different ways with Road Runner. Pete was working on becoming sober and didn't have any pre-written songs going into this. They would just jam and riff for hours with each other and figure out songs as they went. This work is different from their other work but always keeps that captivating Type O sound. This album is more upbeat and fast paced songs on here. Also, they have tracks on here that are perfect for roadtrip anthems and for everyone to chant along. An Ode to Locksmith is a perfect song and my favorite. I love the chants We ain't going homeeeeeeee got no where to goooooo. Some fans feel different about this album but in reality you have to change up the vibe and atmosphere when recording albums otherwise things like October rust wouldn't be as special if they made every album so dream gazey. This album is great and a must have if you are a Type O fanatic. The green and black speckled paint job is super cool on the vinyl.

It's Type O Negative. What more can be said? It's a great album, too bad it was their final album before Peter Steele's untimely death. RIP. I like the splatter vinyl as well, it compliments the overall theme of the album. It sounds pretty good, but a little flat sounding and it has some surface noise during the quieter parts.
