One is not enough support for carpal tunnel, but if you double up, it provides great support! Very good quality wristband!I prefer wristbands more than wrist brace, I type a lot during the day, the brace is too restrictive for day wear. This is great for day wear!

This comes in ever-popular black and neon yellow. It's a heavy fabric, heavier than a pair of compression shorts. Importantly, it is advertised "for the wrist circumference over 15cm / 5.9in." There are no other size options. My wrist circumference is 7 1/2 inches. I thought it would be fairly snug. It doesn't flop, but it doesn't provide a lot of compression. I'm no physio, but I'd say it could provide some comfort working at a computer and such, but I was looking for something with more support for tennis., and it is advertised for several sports.

I am very happy with this wristband. It fits great and really helps support my wrist. I wear it every day all day long and it is starting to wear a little. I will buy it again.

It doesn't come in a set but they're a nice fit. I have wrists that measure about 6" around. I normally wear a large or an extra large band depending on the brand. Great buy

Use it during workout or gardening to protect the wrist. Washed it 3 times already w/o loosing its elasticity, color or form. Great!
